SINGING — Claire Laureau and Nicolas Chaigneau / Cie pjpp

Dancer Nicolas Chaigneau embarks on a research journey around music. Since 2012, he has been involved in the Nino project and quickly realized that his concerts evoke a certain boredom in him. To counter this, he proposes exploring new ways to stage music, alone or with others: singing dance, dancing music, singing music, dancing song, and playing dance. During his residency at CCNN, he will draw on his own compositions as well as existing works to attempt a different kind of concert experience.
