LA RENTRÉE DES DANSEUR.EUSE.S PROS — Vincent Blanc
AUGUST 26 > AUGUST 30 | 9:30 AM
The return of the dancers will begin each morning with a practice dedicated to the gradual awakening of awareness and body intelligence. Offered by Vincent Blanc, this yoga session will stimulate the circulation of energies, while cultivating a mental attitude focused on observation, trust, and calm.
I am passionate about bringing yoga and dance together, as I sense the mutual benefits of these two disciplines, both on a sensory and technical level. How can attention to the body and breath support the individual in their daily development and artistic expression?
Vincent Blanc
Originally from Gap, Vincent Blanc joined the École Supérieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower in 1993. By joining the Jeune Ballet International de Cannes, he worked with choreographers such as Monet Robier, Philippe Cohen, and the Castafiore company. In 1999, he joined the Centre Chorégraphique National de Nantes for the creation of *Hôtel Central* by Claude Brumachon, where he performed until 2011, sharing this aesthetic with diverse audiences. Currently a dancer and educational director at the CCNN, he collaborates with Ambra Senatore to design in situ formats that blend artistic dissemination, pedagogy, and mediation. His teaching, centered around imagination and sensation, emphasizes the importance of human connection. Simultaneously, he is undergoing training at the French School of Yoga in the West, exploring the synergies between yoga and dance, as well as the impact of body awareness and breath on personal development and artistic expression.

Based on his/her book Déclinaisons du quotidien, Agathe Dumont proposes exploring different protocols for "starting up" the physical and creative body, relying on improvisation scores. Solo explorations and collective experiences will punctuate this time of sharing around a material designed to engage in movement while paying attention to the rhythms of the body.
Agathe Dumont
Dancer, teacher, and researcher, Agathe Dumont is a professor of artistic education at ESAD TALM – Angers. After a career as a dancer, she taught at several higher education institutions such as Pont Supérieur in Nantes and CNDC in Angers, and leads workshops for dancers. She has collaborated as an author with various institutions (circusnext, FEDEC, CCN of Créteil, CND) and participates in artistic creations with companies like Sans la Nommer and Leste.
In 2015, she began an artistic research project with Mariam Faquir at L’L, resulting in the book *Déclinaisons du quotidien* (L’L éditions, 2022). Since 2023, she has been the co-artistic director of Terrain-L’incubateur en Pays de la Loire for the creation and dissemination of artistic projects in the fields of live performance and visual arts in the Pays de la Loire region. In 2024, she is co-author of the podcast En finir with Johan Swartvagher and Annely Boucher.

A day to take the time. The time for listening and sensation, allowing movement to unfold in dialogue with the breath and our individual and collective imaginations. It will be a time for research, exploration, and action.
I invite you to rediscover elasticity, fluidity, and sensation, to travel between dynamism and verticality through the support points, and to engage in dialogue with our "envelope" of skin.
This day will be a blend of multiple artistic and pedagogical approaches experienced as a dancer, a lineage of inventive and caring individuals encountered along the way.
An intimate and collective exploration where breath becomes a resource in itself, movement the connection with others, and imagination a shared playground.
Lise Fassier
After initial training at the Conservatory of La Rochelle, Lise became a dancer and performer with Claude Brumachon at the CCN of Nantes in 2001. For fifteen years, she performed significant works by the choreographer while also leading artistic projects in schools. Her approaches to creation, research, and transmission are rooted in a dynamic of dialogue. A project with children with disabilities and able-bodied children led her to rethink the way we perceive bodies in motion and to consider dance as a means of action. This project also fueled her research thesis. The intention of the gesture, the cornerstone of an unlikely encounter. (Certificat d’Aptitude au CNSMD de Lyon en 2015).
In 2016, transmission became the heart of her artistic commitment. Lise became involved with students at Pont Supérieur, a higher education institution for live performance in the Pays de la Loire region. Alongside Ambra Senatore, she explored play as a creative potential and viewed dance as a space for connection.
She promotes dance through nomadic artistic and pedagogical projects, convinced of the potential of the body in action as a revelation of its being in the world. Recently, she created an educational unit in Artistic and Cultural Education for the UFR Letters and Languages at Nantes University.

During our meeting, we will establish a strategy to work on the solo format. We will share tools to expand the realm of the sensible and establish multiple connections: desire as the driving force of action and its materialization, the practice of decentering as a sensitive and conscious way of being with the environment. How can the sensory journey help us move from the posture of an actor to becoming a conscious receiver?
Agustina Sario
Choreographer, teacher, and performer, Augustina Sario has worked with Mouvoir (Germany), Krapp (Argentina), Cie Alexandra Bachzetsis (Switzerland), and Cie Maguy Marin (France), before becoming a ballet master with the National Contemporary Dance Company in Buenos Aires. For the past ten years, she has been creating her own works and sharing her research through numerous workshops.
With a degree in psychology, she is also a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and is currently pursuing a PhD in art.

Initially, we aim to offer dancers the opportunity to explore one or two urban dance styles, focusing on their technical foundations, groove, and qualities.
In a second phase, we would like to revisit an excerpt from the company's repertoire with the dancers, introducing them to our approach, textures, and choreographic signature.

Annabelle Loiseau & Pierre Bolo – Cie Chute Libre
Annabelle Loiseau and Pierre Bolo form a choreographic duo, combining their personalities and complementarities to create a unique style. Their works, although diverse, share a distinct choreographic and musical signature.
From the daily routine of the kitchen to the anarchy of the dancing body, from a slippery surface to the urgency of the present moment, they engage in various ways to approach the playing space, embody a concept, a musical work, or a text. Living in a constantly changing era, they continuously navigate evolving physicalities, continuing to transform in order to create even more beautiful ones.
Our choreography lies between abstraction and narration, with a focus on the interpretation of dance. Priority is given to space and light, which compose moments and ensembles. Our hip hop DNA emphasizes posture and stance, groove, and the group.
Two days of choreographic explorations to deepen various physical qualities and artistic approaches. These weekend workshops provide the opportunity to share and discover new pathways and creation processes, with choreographers we are collaborating with, including Pierre Bolo and Annabelle Loiseau, Wanjiru Kamuyu, pjpp, and Ambra Senatore.

The physical presence and the relationships the body has with others and space are at the heart of Ambra Senatore's proposal. The day will begin with a guided improvisation phase aimed at intensifying the awareness of the present moment and strengthening the connection within the group, while freeing the movement from any intentional origin.
In the second phase, Ambra Senatore will propose games inspired by her interest in the plasticity of the body, facial expressions, and the decomposition of everyday gestures.

We propose to focus the workshop on principles of composition and improvisation related to the various creations of the company. The session begins with a brief warm-up, including voice and body work. Several games centered around physical and theatrical constraints will then be introduced, depending on the participants. We adapt to their areas of interest and focus on their specificities (professional dancers, amateurs, adolescents, elderly people, etc.) to create a common foundation to build upon. We enjoy transmitting playfulness, attention to detail, and musicality, which are key elements in the work of pjpp. Dance and theater become tools to have fun with absurd situations shared during the workshop.
We strive to offer new experiences and take participants to places they wouldn’t go on their own. We emphasize the idea of exchange. It is important to observe what others are doing and always find something positive in it. This is a practice rooted in kindness and is deeply embedded in our way of working.

The CCNN is expanding its offer of days dedicated to bringing together perspectives and experiences around Artistic and Cultural Education. Designed as a space for experimenting with ideas and resources, this program Mettre en commun allows for sharing sensitive approaches, enriching each person's pedagogical and artistic palettes, and understanding how dance leaves a mark on the body.
The first day will welcome the dancers from Regionteater Väst, a Swedish theater specializing in performing arts for young audiences and the main producer of dance and theater in Sweden. They will come to share their experience, bringing an enriching perspective on Artistic and Cultural Education.
The second day, organized jointly with the Preac and the Mémés collective, will focus on the theme of La médiation en danse et de la danse comme médiation.
For Families
Throughout the year, the CCNN offers festive events accessible to both children and parents. An opportunity to discover dance in a different way!

Lise Fassier and Vincent Blanc lead 15 young people (aged 14 to 16 in 2025) on the path of creation on stage. This project is a true artistic laboratory, designed as a space for sharing, play, and discovery, where everyone can put themselves in motion. Each participant will be able to try, explore, and be guided by their intuitions. At the end of this laboratory, a short piece will be presented during the day. Primavera, on May 24, 2025, followed by several other performances (dates to be confirmed).

It flows, it vibrates
It tingles and it screams
It even screams
It loves and cherishes each other
We will explore the relationships that are formed between individuals, how difference creates a group, stimulates creativity, and moves us
We will let ourselves be carried by our intuitions, actors of our impulses. — Vincent Blanc

This project is free, but it requires commitment to all the creation workshops and the performance times.
